(1a)
(i) Table: A table is an organized collection of related data in a database made up of rows (records) and columns (fields).
(ii) Sorting: Sorting is the process of arranging data in a database in a specific order, such as ascending or descending order, based on a selected field.
(iii) File: A file is a collection of related records stored together in a computer storage device and treated as a single unit for storage and retrieval in a database system.

(i) Move: The Move command is used to relocate an object from one position to another without changing its size or shape.
(ii) Copy: The Copy command is used to create a duplicate of an object while keeping the original unchanged.
(iii) Rotate: The Rotate command is used to turn an object around a specified base point by a given angle.
(iv) Erase: The Erase command is used to delete selected objects from a drawing.

(i) Alt + F11: It opens the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor, used for programming and automation tasks in AutoCAD.
(ii) Alt + F8: It opens the Macro dialog box, used to run or manage recorded macros.
(iii) Ctrl + F2: It displays the text window, which shows command history and system messages.
(iv) Ctrl + 0 (Zero): It activates Clean Screen mode, hiding toolbars and panels to maximize drawing space.

(i) Properties: It is used to display and edit information about a file such as title, author, size, and other document details.
(ii) Speed: It is used to control how fast or slow animations or slide transitions occur.
(iii) Play: It is used to preview animations or slide effects as they will appear during presentation.
(iv) Slide Show: It is used to present slides in full-screen mode for audience viewing.
(v) Re-order: It is used to change the arrangement or sequence of animations or slides.
(vi) Auto-preview: It automatically shows a preview of animation or transition effects whenever they are applied.

(i) Outline tab: It is used to display and edit the text content of slides in a structured form (outline view).
(ii) Slide pane: It is the main working area where individual slides are created, edited, and designed.
(iii) Slide tab (Thumbnail pane): It is used to display small previews of all slides, allowing easy navigation, selection, and reordering of slides.

(i) Sheet tab: A sheet tab is a small tab located at the bottom of the worksheet window that displays the name of a worksheet and allows the user to switch between different worksheets in a workbook.
(ii) Name box: The Name Box is located at the left end of the Formula Bar. It displays the cell reference (address) of the active cell and can also be used to name and select cells or ranges.
(iii) Formula bar: The Formula Bar is located above the worksheet area, beside the Name Box. It is used to display, enter, or edit the contents (data or formula) of the active cell.
(iv) Worksheet: A worksheet is a single sheet within a workbook made up of rows and columns of cells, used for entering, organizing, and calculating data.

(i) Place the cursor on the boundary line between two column headings (e.g. between A and B).
(ii) When the cursor changes to a double-headed arrow, drag left or right to adjust the width.
(iii) Alternatively, right-click the column letter and select Column Width, then enter a specific value and click OK.
(iv) You can also use Home tab --> Format --> Column Width to set or adjust the width.

(i) Ctrl + Shift + A: This command changes selected text to ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (uppercase).
